When the suggestion was made to make La Palma the destination for our Christmas holiday last year, I was immediately on board. La Palma is known for a few things: hiking, bananas, and beaches. In the mountain biking world it is also very well known for its big and steep descents. It was fairly clear from the outset that I wasn't going to be spending much time on the beach.
Atlantic Cycling hosted me for four days of epic guided rides. Shuttles to the top, followed by hairy rocky downhill rides for hours. To find out more, check out this article on Rad Season:
